|Seán Francis George was born in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and raised in West Sussex. As a child he liked nothing more than to watch Adventure, Wild West and swashbuckling movies, which certainly had an impact on his life.
At School Seán excelled in Arts & Crafts and enjoyed English Literature (Creative Writing) alongside Drama Class, again these interests would play a huge part in his career path.
Upon leaving Secondary Education at West Sussex College of Art and Design, Seán began his professional career as a Graphic Designer.
Seán's ongoing Hobbies of Martial Arts - Tae Kwon Do, Horse Riding, Jousting and Sword Fighting would be a great asset to his future Acting Career.
He still could not shake his desire to be an Actor, so Seán enrolled in private acting coaching and subsequently was offered several roles in Historical Documentaries. With Seán's appearance being ideal for the roles such as William Wallace, Hannibal, Burebista and The Emperor Gallienus and using his horse riding skills along with his experience in combat and weapons training brought these characters to life. Seán's involvement in the BBC1 prime time series 'Historyonics' written and presented by Nick Knowles led him to appear in all six episodes as many notable historical characters such as Lord Stanley and conspirator Jack Wright in The Gunpowder Plot. Other notable roles have seen Seán as the romantic lead Danny in the movie 'Shadower' shot in Oklahoma USA and the UK, a lead role in the award winning 'The Spirit of Albion' movie as "Herne the Hunter", a reprising the same character in the new project, The Tales of Albion with many incarnations such as the Green Man and Robin Hood.
Seán Francis George has a very striking yet adaptable look which led him to be chosen as a 'Moving Wall Portrait' in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and later in the final episode Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 as a Wizard Parent.
Recently Seán was cast opposite Mickey Rourke as his Associate for a scene in the movie Skin Traffik to be released in November 2015.
With the influence of many movies such as The Black Shield of Falworth and Excalibur Seán has also followed his dreams and trained to become a real modern day Knight! As an accomplished rider and Jouster Seán has had the privilege to compete at such historical venues as The Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace, leading to compete in International Tournaments including The Tournament of The Phoenix 2012 and in 2014 becoming Team Champions in Quebec at The Tournoi International de Joute du Duché de Bicolline, also Team Champions in Poland at The Tournament of King John III - Gniew Castle in the same year!
